Our organization, the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC) has partnered with the Digital Architects for over 16 years. I say partner because I consider TDA to be an integral part of our team. Throughout the years TDA has designed three websites for us, created a smooth running online application process for our exam and has transitioned our organization to a completely virtual environment in which all of our company operations are performed online and in the cloud. They helped us design an innovative module for our examination committee long before any other credentialing organizations had similar programs. Should problems occur with any of these systems they respond to the problems in a timely manner and resolve any issues to our satisfaction.
